🧂🧂 Salt and pepper ⁠
🍃1 bag of rocket leaves ⁠

Marinate ostrich with orange zest, juice, garlic, and soy sauce. Refrigerate for an hour. Sear in coconut oil, rest, and season. Serve with rocket, orange segments, almonds, and olive oil. ⁠
